What comes out is something your team can start on the next morning. A short list of priorities, one message everyone says the same way, and a plan with owners and dates.

We draw it out, keep what is true, and drop what only sounds good. Then we give it a voice your audience can recognise, and build campaigns around the small moments where people decide whether to trust you: the first message, the first visit, the one after that.

Gatherings people would come to even if your logo wasn't on the poster.

We plan the arc, pick partners who belong in the room, and work on the details people still talk about the next day. In Labuan Bajo that meant a market for local makers held on the water, and a concert with a sailing ship as the stage.
